The China Securities Regulatory Commission has launched an investigation into An Mou for fabricating and disseminating false information related to CNG Education.
On July 7th, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced that the CSRC has found that on July 2nd, a man named An (alias: Nanjing Road Baobao Zong) fabricated and disseminated false and misleading information related to the listed company Offcn Education Technology. This seriously disrupted the order of the securities market and seriously violated public order and morals. He is suspected of violating the Securities Law, and the CSRC has decided to investigate An's case. Next, the CSRC will seriously investigate and hold accountable the relevant parties based on a comprehensive investigation. If there is suspicion of a crime, the case will be transferred to the public security organs according to law.
The internet is not a lawless place. Fabricating and disseminating false and misleading information is strictly prohibited by securities and futures laws and regulations, and has always been a key target for the CSRC crackdown. The CSRC will continue to closely monitor, respond quickly, and seriously investigate and punish the act of fabricating and disseminating false and misleading information about securities and futures to maintain the order of information dissemination in the capital market.
