Smart Jia-W (02590) announced that, based on its strong confidence in the company's future development prospects and a high recognition of its intrinsic value, and in order to continuously enhance market confidence in the company and increase its investment value, the company repurchased a total of 2.62 million shares in the open market in June 2026 at a total cost of HK$30.45 million (excluding commissions and other expenses).
The company will continue to repurchase its H shares in the open market in accordance with this plan and repurchase authorization.
