Weichai Power (02338): Yuan Hongming resigns as executive director.

Weichai Power (02338) announced that the Board of Directors of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Yuan Hongming. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, Mr. Yuan Hongming applied to resign from his positions as an executive director of the Company, as well as a member of the Board's Strategic Development and Investment Committee. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Yuan Hongming will no longer hold any positions in the Company (including its subsidiaries). The appointment of Mr. Liu Yi as an executive director of the seventh board of directors of the Company was approved during the fifth interim board meeting of the Company in 2026. This matter still needs to be submitted for approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting, and the term of office will be from the date of the shareholders' meeting resolution until the end of the seventh board of directors.
