The prospectus shows that Shandong Huaneng was established in 2003 and is a comprehensive power engineering service provider headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Province, China. The company's comprehensive engineering solutions include: (i) engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services; (ii) engineering design and consulting services; and (iii) other services (including engineering supervision services and engineering operation and maintenance services), with a focus on renewable energy power engineering. According to Frost & Sullivan data, Shandong Huaneng ranks third among privately-owned comprehensive power engineering service providers in China in terms of revenue in the power industry by 2025.
