BANK OF GUIZHOU(06199) appoints Yang Hongjun as executive director.

The Bank of Guizhou (06199) announced the appointment of Yang Hongjun as an executive director of the fourth board of directors, and the appointment of Wen Zhichao as an independent non-executive director of the fourth board of directors has been approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting as an ordinary resolution. Yang Hongjun and Wen Zhichao will assume office after their appointment qualifications are approved by the Guizhou Financial Supervision Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, with a term of office until the end of the fourth board of directors.
