GENFLEET-B (02595) rose more than 15% in the morning, as of the time of writing, it has risen by 15.64% to HK$28.1, with a turnover of HK$32.8091 million. In terms of news, according to a message from Jingfang Pharmaceutical, the company announced that GFH375/VS-7375 (oral KRAS G12D inhibitor) has entered a Phase II overseas study for the treatment of KRAS G12D mutant metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), and has recently completed the enrollment of the first patient. This open-label, multicenter study (TARGET-D 201) is designed and conducted by Jingfang's partner Verastem Oncology in the United States, which will explore first-line combination therapy (combination with cetuximab) and single-agent treatment and backup therapy in combination with cetuximab. BOCOM INTL pointed out that Verastem is initiating three Phase II studies with registration potential, targeting 2L pancreatic cancer (TARGET-D 201, enrollment initiated), 2L/3LNSCLC (TARGET-D 202), and 2L+CRC (TARGET-D 203), including exploration of the combination of EGFR or PD-1 monotherapy. At the same time, Verastem has collaborated with Erasca to explore the potential for combination therapy of VS-7375 with the pan-RAS inhibitor ERAS-0015. Preclinical studies have shown that the single-agent antitumor effect of VS-7375 is superior to RevMed's pan-RAS (ON)+KRAS G12D (ON) combination, and the combination with ERAS-0015 is expected to bring about a more long-lasting antitumor effect.
