BYD Company Limited (003006.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some of the company's issued Renminbi ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding trading. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will be no less than 50 million yuan (including) and no more than 100 million yuan (including). The repurchase price will not exceed 21 yuan per share (including), and the repurchased shares will be used for equity incentive plans or employee shareholding plans.

The total amount of this repurchase fund shall not be less than 50 million yuan (inclusive), not exceeding 100 million yuan (inclusive), and the repurchase price shall not exceed 21 yuan per share (inclusive). The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership plans.
