CHERVON(02285): Ma Haiqi appointed as joint company secretary
Spring Summit Holdings (02285) announced that Ms. Li Shaojuan has resigned from her position as joint company secretary due to adjustments in her work arrangements; and Ms. Ma Haiqi has been appointed as the joint company secretary, effective from June 26, 2026.
CHERVON (02285) announced that Ms. Li Shaojuan has resigned from her position as joint company secretary of the company due to her work adjustment. Ms. Ma Haiqi has been appointed as the new joint company secretary, effective from June 26, 2026.
After the above changes, Mr. Hu Yian will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
