HUSCOKE HLDGS (00704) announced that, starting from June 18, 2026, Mr. Qiu Boyu (Mr. Qiu) has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company in order to devote more time to personal affairs. After his resignation, Mr. Qiu will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, and will no longer be a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee respectively. Mr. Cai Weikang (Mr. Cai) has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company due to other work commitments.
