BRIGHTSTAR TECH (08446): Lu Xiaoying appointed as independent non-executive director

Brightstar Tech (08446) announced that as of June 18, 2026, Ms. Jiang Yue (Ms. Jiang) and Mr. Chen Zhipeng (Mr. Chen) have resigned as independent non-executive directors to focus on other personal matters. After the resignations of Ms. Jiang and Mr. Chen, Ms. Lu Xiaoying (Ms. Lu) and Ms. Su Xiaoting have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from June 18, 2026. Following the resignations of Ms. Jiang and Mr. Chen, and the appointments of Ms. Lu and Ms. Su, as of June 18, 2026, Ms. Jiang will no longer serve as Chairperson of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Chen will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee; Ms. Lu has been appointed as Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Ms. Su has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee.
