ZJLD(06979): Tang Xiangyang appointed as executive director
Rare Wine Li Du (06979) announced that at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Tang Xiangyang and Mr. Wen Jian have been respectively appointed as executive directors and independent non-executive directors by the shareholders, effective from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Wen Jian has also been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, effective from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders, while Ms. Yan Jisheng is no longer a member of the committee.
ZJLD (06979) announced that Mr. Tang Xiangyang and Mr. Wen Jian have been appointed as executive director and independent non-executive director respectively by the shareholders at the annual general meeting. Their appointments will take effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Mr. Wen Jian has also been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, with his appointment taking effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting, while Ms. Yan Jisheng is no longer a member of the committee.
