XINTE ENERGY (01799): Dan Jian'an appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director.

XINTE ENERGY (01799) announced that, with the approval of the shareholders' annual general meeting, Mr. Dan Jianan (Mr. Dan) has entered into a service contract with the company to serve as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 16, 2026, until the end of the fifth term of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dan has also been appointed as a member of the Board's Strategic Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and Audit Committee, with a term that is the same as his term as an independent non-executive director.
