Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that on June 16, 2026, the company received the resignation report from Mr. Zhang Xudong. As a director nominated by Harmony Health Insurance Co., Ltd. (Harmony Health), a shareholder with more than 5% of the company's shares, Mr. Zhang Xudong applied to resign from the 9th Board of Directors of the company as a non-executive director and a member of the Board of Directors' Strategic Decision Committee, as Harmony Health has reduced its entire holding of the company's shares. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Xudong does not hold any shares of the company and there are no unfulfilled commitments. Mr. Zhang Xudong's resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Xudong will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
