RADIANCE GLO GP (08208) announcement, Dr. Chen Tinghui, Mr. Wu Chengjian, and Mr. Long Jihui have each retired as independent non-executive directors from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting. Mr. Liang Jiawei, Mr. Dong Xinjian, and Mr. Chen Yuquan have each been formally appointed as independent non-executive directors at the shareholders' annual meeting and will take effect from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting. With the retirement of Dr. Chen Tinghui, Mr. Wu Chengjian, and Mr. Long Jihui, and the appointment of Mr. Liang Jiawei, Mr. Dong Xinjian, and Mr. Chen Yuquan, there have been changes in the composition of the board of directors from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting as follows: (i) Dr. Chen Tinghui no longer serves as chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee; (ii) Mr. Wu Chengjian no longer serves as chairman of the audit committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; (iii) Mr. Long Jihui no longer serves as chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and audit committee; (iv) Mr. Liang Jiawei has become the chairman of the audit committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; (v) Mr. Dong Xinjian has become the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee; (vi) Mr. Chen Yuquan has become the chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and audit committee.
