SIM0689 is a dual-specific antibody targeting the specific sites of programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which exerts potent anti-tumor activity by relieving tumor cell immune suppression and anti-angiogenesis. In multiple humanized mouse efficacy models, SIM0689 has shown excellent anti-tumor efficacy at low doses, with overall efficacy significantly superior to similar molecules, indicating its broad application prospects for various solid tumors.
