On the news front, on June 12th, Li Auto announced that the new Li ONE L8 will officially launch on June 23rd, positioning itself as a "five-seater flagship SUV without any compromises." Western has recently pointed out that the company is in a product transition period, having cleared inventory of old models in the first quarter, with the L9 starting deliveries in May and the all-new L8 Livis expected to start deliveries at the end of June, with substantial upgrades in body size, power system, intelligent hardware, and seat layout. With the increase in delivery volume of L9 in the second quarter, the company expects the gross margin for Q2 to rebound to 10%.
