Seven Elements Investments (01660) announced that, effective from June 11, 2026, Mr. Li Yichen has resigned from his positions as executive director, deputy CEO, member of the investment committee, and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, as he has decided to devote more time to handle his other business responsibilities. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Wen Xiaojian, the company's executive director and acting CEO, as the authorized representative of the company. Mr. Wang Ge Rui, the company's executive director, has been appointed as a member of the investment committee.
