(Hainan Runge), has recently entered into a significant cooperation agreement, further demonstrating the strategic achievements of the group in the fields of sports intellectual property (IP), artificial intelligence (AI) event tools, and digital content operation.
REGO INTERACT (02422) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hainan Rungo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hainan Rungo), has entered into a significant new cooperation agreement, further demonstrating the strategic achievements of the Group in the fields of sports intellectual property (IP), artificial intelligence (AI) event tools, and digital content operations. Recently, Hainan Rungo formally signed a sports IP cooperation agreement with an independent third party, jointly promoting the full-cycle incubation, content operations, and compliant commercialization of sports IP. The cooperation agreement has a duration of one year, during which the two parties will integrate core resources, clarify responsibilities, and work together to enhance the branding and commercialization of sports IP. According to the agreement, Hainan Rungo will lead the overall operation, content review, business decision-making, overall management, and compliance control of the sports IP project. The cooperating party will provide full-process operational support for the project and related businesses with its mature new media operation system. This cooperation is an important step in the Group's layout in the fields of digital sports, AI event applications, and content commercialization. Leveraging its expertise in AI technology, digital marketing, and related services, the Group will collaborate with the cooperating party to explore the value of the project and build an integrated operational system combining "AI event tools + sports content + new media operation + compliant commercialization".
