Westbound (02507) announced that RSM Hong Kong will retire as the auditor upon the expiry of its current term at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders expected to be held on June 26, 2026. In addition, the Board has decided, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to propose the appointment of KPMG as the new auditor, effective from the end of the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders expected to be held on June 26, 2026 until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
