Glacier Holdings Limited (01115) announces that according to Article 84(1) of the company's Articles of Association, Mr. Michael Lui Wai Hung, an independent non-executive director, will retire by rotation at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 26, 2026. Mr. Lui has informed the board of directors that he will not seek re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting as he wishes to devote more time to other commitments. Therefore, at the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Lui will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, or as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.
