NVC INTL (02222) announced that on June 2, 2026, Youtong Technology (an indirect subsidiary of the company), the subscriber Zhejiang Miler Technology Co., Ltd., and the target company Zhejiang Leshi Lighting Co., Ltd. (an indirect subsidiary of the company) entered into an agreement. Under this agreement, the subscriber agreed to inject a total of RMB 8.45 million in cash to subscribe for RMB 5 million of new registered capital of the target company, with RMB 3.45 million to be included in the capital surplus of the target company. After the capital increase is completed, Youtong Technology's equity in the target company will dilute from 100% to 80%, and the target company will continue to be a subsidiary of the company, with its financial performance continuing to be consolidated into the company's financial performance. It is reported that the target company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production and sale of energy-saving lamps, the research and development of new technologies for energy-saving lamp processing, and the import and export of goods.
