TA YANG GROUP (01991): Zhang Li appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

TA YANG GROUP (01991) announced that Ms. Zhang Li has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 1, 2026, in order to dedicate more time to her personal and other business commitments. Following Ms. Zhang's resignation, the Board also announced that, effective from June 1, 2026: 1. Ms. Zhang will no longer serve as the Chair and member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee. 2. Mr. Zhang Li, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the Chair and member of the Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
