Zhipu (02513) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that at the board meeting held on June 1, 2026, the company proposed to apply to the relevant regulatory authorities in China for the distribution and issuance of A shares, and to apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the A shares to be listed and traded on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
Knowledge Atlas (02513) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that at the board meeting held on June 1, 2026, the company proposed to apply to the relevant regulatory authorities in China for the issuance and listing of A shares, and to apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the listing and trading of such A shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. The proposed number of A shares issued would account for 2% to 8% of the total share capital of the company after the proposed A share issuance completion (excluding any A shares to be issued due to the exercise of the over-allotment option), which is no less than 9.0988 million shares and no more than 38.769 million shares of new A shares. The board meeting has also passed other related resolutions regarding the proposed issuance of A shares, which will be submitted for approval at the annual shareholders' meeting.
