Hutai Textile (01382) announced that Mr. Du Jiewei (Mr. Du) has resigned as the company secretary of the company; the company, as authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and as authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), will take effect from June 1, 2026. Mr. Du will continue to serve as an executive director, chief financial officer, and member of the nomination committee of the company.
