China Resources New Energy (01735) announced that Mr. Tong Dazhao (Mr. Tong) has resigned as the company secretary of the company under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange); the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and the representative of the company in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong (legal process agent) with effect from June 1, 2026.
