On May 28, the "2026 GMTEight Summer Roadshow Conference" hosted by GMTEight, the first information platform of Hong Kong and the United States stock market, and exclusively organized by "Winter Sun", was successfully held in Shenzhen.
At the roadshow of this grand event, Jiang Yuxiao, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of ZHIDA TECH(02650), had a close communication with investors on the company's business model, business progress, competitive advantages, and future strategies.

ZHIDA TECH's mission is "to promote the entry of electric vehicles and green energy into households through charging, and to promote sustainable development of mankind." The company's vision is to become a leading enterprise in global smart charging for electric vehicles and green energy technology at home.
In the field of charging infrastructure, the company's product layout covers four major categories: home charging piles, portable energy replenishment devices, charging Siasun Robot & Automation, and home energy management systems. Among them, home charging piles have covered 80% of the top ten Chinese car companies in sales, including BYD Company Limited, Dongfeng, GAC, SAIC; portable energy replenishment devices support bidirectional inversion and are suitable for various outdoor camping scenarios; charging Siasun Robot & Automation released its latest products during this year's Beijing Auto Show; and the home energy management system integrates photovoltaic, storage, charging, and AI intelligent management, mainly targeting overseas markets.
In terms of service network, the company's services have covered more than 360 cities in China, enabling it to provide charging support services nationwide in cooperation with vehicle manufacturers, and becoming the first company in China to provide charging services for Tesla. In addition, the company cooperates with Ant Group to provide charging pile purchases and green charging services through Alipay mini program, allowing users to obtain "Ant Forest" energy.
Over the past three years, ZHIDA TECH has ranked first in the global and Chinese household charging pile market, with a market share of approximately 13.6% in China and approximately 9% globally. The company's charging services also rank first nationwide. Currently, ZHIDA TECH's products cover 23 countries, focusing on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America markets. In 2024, the company established its first overseas factory in Thailand. In terms of channels, the company has three main channels: vehicle manufacturers, retailers, and energy companies, thus possessing strong overall risk resistance. In the future, the company will focus on digital upgrade, product iteration, and international business expansion.
The Chairman of ZHIDA TECH vividly compares the company's "trinity" business model to a tree: "tree roots" represent intelligent charging hardware, charging Siasun Robot & Automation, and smart home energy management solutions; the "tree trunk" represents the digital platform, responsible for connecting all devices and realizing data applications; and the "treetop" provides diversified services to end-users, including charging services, home energy management, and microgrid power trading. The company is actively promoting a second growth curve centered on its overseas expansion strategy, as overseas markets have higher gross profits and shorter cash cycles, indicating strong growth momentum.
ZHIDA TECH has seven major competitive advantages in the global household charging solution field.
First, as one of the world's largest providers of household charging solutions, the company's products have passed quality and safety certifications in multiple countries, enabling access to mainstream global markets.
Second, the company adopts an integrated "product + service" business model, providing customers with comprehensive solutions from smart charging hardware to installation, operation, and energy management, significantly improving customer stickiness and overall service value.
Third, as one of the earliest companies to enter the charging pile field in China, ZHIDA TECH has established strong brand awareness and trust among consumers and vehicle manufacturers, consolidating its first-mover advantage.
Fourth, in terms of manufacturing capabilities, the company has production bases in Anhui Xuan Cheng, Anqing, Thailand, and had previously planned a factory in Saudi Arabia (temporarily halted due to geopolitical conflicts), forming a manufacturing network covering key domestic and overseas markets and effectively supporting global delivery capabilities.
Fifth, the company has built a diversified channel system: vehicle manufacturers channels contribute approximately 60% of revenue, with deep ties to mainstream Chinese car companies; retail channels cover mainstream platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, and TikTok; and collaborations with national power investment companies, Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and other energy companies expand applications in industrial and commercial and comprehensive energy scenarios.
Sixth, the company has established a unified integrated technology platform, supporting user management, supplier collaboration, and data insight, improving operational efficiency, and providing a data foundation for product optimization and decision-making.
Seventh, the management team has significant strengths. Founder and Chairman Dr. Huang Zhiming graduated from Tongji University with a major in Automobile, and was involved in the establishment of Shanghai Volkswagen's powertrain; Executive Director Cao Guangyu is a postdoctoral fellow from Harbin Institute of Technology; Ms. Luo Tao is in charge of digital projects.
In terms of future development strategies, ZHIDA TECH will focus on four main directions. First, accelerate global expansion, with the goal of increasing overseas income to 40%-50% of total revenue. Second, strengthen retail sales by launching co-branded charging piles (such as "Zhou Tongxue") to attract young user groups. Third, increase innovation in product development, focusing on charging Siasun Robot & Automation, high-power charging piles, etc., to align with the development trend of autonomous driving technology. Fourth, continue to optimize cost structure and improve overall profit margins.
Financially, the company achieved revenue of 717 million yuan last year, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%; net losses narrowed by 30.5% year-on-year (considering the impact of listing expenses). Overseas revenue reached 122 million yuan, accounting for approximately 17%-18% of total revenue, with a projected increase to 40%-50% in the future. Research and development investment remains high, at around 40-50 million yuan per year.
For the key product charging Siasun Robot & Automation, the company released two products during the Beijing Auto Show, targeting Robotaxi fleets and household scenarios. The goal for the household Siasun Robot & Automation is to control costs to be within 10,000 yuan, to compete with traditional manual charging piles; for the Robotaxi scenario, the company believes that if future regulations no longer require safety officers, unmanned charging will become an essential need. Currently, ZHIDA TECH has collaborated with multiple autonomous driving and ride-hailing companies. In addition, the company is also exploring other application scenarios such as airports, ports, mines, and unmanned logistics vehicles.
