Wong Wai Man, the legal adviser and company secretary of the group, will resign from the position of company secretary effective from June 1, 2026. He will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Lau Wai Keung will be appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative to replace Ms. Wong. Mr. Lau meets the requirements of Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules for company secretaries.
