NUR Holdings (00254) announced that on May 28, 2026, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Harbin Hongze Meng Import and Export Co., Ltd. (Hongze Meng). According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the company will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership with Hongze Meng. The main terms of the strategic cooperation agreement are as follows: 1. Both parties will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership, with the company intending to purchase high-end seafood products including king crabs from Hongze Meng, and Hongze Meng agreeing to supply such products to the company. 2. Hongze Meng agrees to involve the company in future cooperation projects and build a supply chain, including but not limited to investments, joint establishment of joint ventures, purchase/import of Hongze Meng goods, and providing supply chain services for trade cooperation projects. 3. The company can utilize its status as a listed company on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to provide support for trade and supply chain projects, including but not limited to financial support, financing, and promoting trade in the Greater Bay Area targeting Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other regions. 4. Both parties will establish a special working group to advance the above-mentioned cooperation content, mature one project at a time, and sign cooperation agreements for implementation through negotiation.
