Alpha Pro Holdings (00948) announced on May 28, 2026, the subsidiary companies Shenzhen Alpha Business Management, Shenzhen Huadun, and Zhihe Consulting signed the articles of association for a joint venture company in China. The purpose is to establish a joint venture company that will primarily engage in providing elevator installation, maintenance, and servicing. The subsidiary companies will contribute RMB 17 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 19.635 million) to the joint venture company. The group is mainly involved in the dairy products business and provides warehousing logistics services and cleaning services. It launched its own cleaning service business in September 2025, marking its strategic entry point into the comprehensive facility management services field. The directors believe that the establishment of the joint venture company, which will focus on providing elevator installation, maintenance, and servicing, will help the group establish a market presence in the facility management services field, bring additional revenue to the group, and provide diversified sources of income.
