Cheer Environmental Protection (00976) announced that Ms. Xu Jiayuan (Ms. Xu) has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company and no longer serves as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) and the authorized representative of the Company in Hong Kong for the purpose of accepting legal process documents or notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) from 28 May 2026 onwards.
CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that Ms. Xu Jiayuan (Ms. Xu) has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) and as the authorized representative of the Company for accepting legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from May 28, 2026.
Following Ms. Xu's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Yoon Junyeong (Mr. Yoon) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, with effect from May 28, 2026. Mr. Yoon meets the qualification requirements for Company Secretaries under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
