CHI KINGSTONE (01380) announced that on May 28, 2026, the subscription has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The company has issued a total of 15.88 million subscription shares to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.57 per share, representing approximately 3.07% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company. The total amount and net amount of funds raised from the subscription are HK$9.05 million and HK$8.9 million respectively (after deducting related expenses). After deducting all relevant expenses, the net subscription price is approximately HK$0.56 per share. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the subscription for the following purposes: approximately HK$7.12 million for general working capital of the group; and approximately HK$1.78 million for business development and expansion of the group (including exploring potential precious metal opportunities and potential projects in Chile).
