HeiLongJiang ZBD Pharmaceutical (603567.SH) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, HeiLongJiang ZBD Pharmaceutical Medical Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hei Medical Trading"), has signed a "Drug Distribution Authorization Contract in China" with Zhejiang Therasis Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang Therasis"), obtaining the sales agency rights for TRS005, a drug independently developed by Zhejiang Therasis in the Chinese region. TRS005 is an anti-CD20 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) independently developed by Zhejiang Therasis, belonging to the national Category I innovative biopharmaceuticals, intended for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). TRS005 has been included in the breakthrough therapy program by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration, and has been authorized to conduct a key single-arm Phase II clinical trial. Currently, the project has completed the Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) production at a commercial scale, and is now actively advancing the single-arm Phase II clinical trial. Considering that the product being sold through agency has not yet obtained a registration certificate, there is uncertainty regarding the generation of operating revenue in the next two years. In the future, the company will continue to review and disclose related-party transactions based on the implementation of the above agreement. Through the fulfillment of this agreement, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Hei Medical Trading, will obtain the sales agency rights for Zhejiang Therasis' TRS005 product in the Chinese region after its market launch. This will not only contribute to the company's revenue but also lay a good practical foundation for the company to enter the innovative drug market.
