Yiming Angke-B (01541) announced that the company has notified Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Hong Kong) on May 22, 2026, to redeem HK$205 million of Shenwan products in cash, which is all the Shenwan products it held at that time, with an estimated income of approximately HK$4.969 million (i.e. interest income generated by the redemption). After the redemption, the group will no longer hold any outstanding financial products of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Hong Kong). In addition, on May 22, 2026, the company agreed to subscribe for HK$212 million of financial products from Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Hong Kong). The subscription will be funded by the group's internal surplus cash reserves.
