Tatton Technologies Limited (02665) issued an announcement that Deloitte, Ho & Associates (Deloitte) has been appointed as the independent auditor for the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The board of directors has decided: (i) not to renew the appointment of Deloitte after their current term ends at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders; and (ii) to recommend the appointment of KPMG as the company's auditor after Deloitte's resignation, for a term starting from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
