Bayang Group (002696.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer its limited partnership interests in the Qingdao Guoxin Bayang Aquaculture Industry Development Fund Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Fund") to Qingdao Guoxin Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoxin Capital Investment") for a total of 20.5137 million yuan. The corresponding subscribed capital is 400 million yuan, accounting for 40% of the Industry Fund's capital, of which 19.96 million yuan has already been paid. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any interests in the Industry Fund.

(hereinafter referred to as "Guoxin Capital Investment") for a total of RMB 20,513,700. The corresponding subscribed capital is RMB 400 million, accounting for 40% of the total capital of the industry fund, of which RMB 19.96 million has already been paid. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any interests in the industry fund.
