HAITIAN INT'L(01882): Xiang Linfa has been appointed as an executive director.

HAITIAN INT'L (01882) announced the following changes, effective upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders: - Mr. Chen Weiqun (Mr. Chen) resigned as an executive director of the company. - Mr. Lou Baijun (Mr. Lou) resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the board's audit committee, as well as a member of the board's remuneration committee and nomination committee. - Mr. Guo Yonghui (Mr. Guo) resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. - Mr. Xiang Linfa (Mr. Xiang) has been appointed as an executive director. - Ms. Bei Hongjun (Ms. Bei) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and has assumed the position of the chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. - Mr. Shi Jianhui (Mr. Shi) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and has assumed the position of the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee. - The current independent non-executive director Ms. Yu Junxian has assumed the position of chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee, no longer serving as the chairman of the remuneration committee. - The current independent non-executive director Mr. Lu Zhichao has assumed the position of a member of the audit committee.
