Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry (301178.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry Digital Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry Digital"), is increasing its capital and shares. The registered capital will be increased from 10 million RMB to 170 million RMB, and a new shareholder, Guangdong Province Yuecai Industry Technology Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuecai Investment Fund"), will be introduced. The company will inject 80 million RMB of its own funds into Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry Digital, resulting in a change in equity ownership from 100% to 52.94%. Yuecai Investment Fund will also invest 80 million RMB of its own funds, acquiring an equity ownership of 47.06% after the capital increase. This capital increase is to meet the funding needs of Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry Digital for its business development.
