CHIHO ENV(00976): Li Zhiguo resigns as independent non-executive director

CHIHO ENV (00976) announces that Professor Li Zhiguo has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director starting from May 21, 2026. After his resignation, Professor Li will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Special Investigation Committee in order to dedicate more time to his other business affairs. Starting from May 21, 2026: (i) Mr. Wu Wenfeng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; (ii) Ms. Wu Jian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; (iii) Mr. Cai Weikang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. In addition, Mr. Wu Wenfeng, Ms. Wu Jian, and Mr. Cai Weikang have been appointed as members of the Special Investigation Committee, effective from May 21, 2026.
