Chabaida (02555) announced that, with the approval of the shareholders' annual meeting, Mr. Wang Xiaokun, Mr. Wang Hongxue, Ms. Dai Li, and Mr. Chen Keyuan were elected as executive directors of the third board of directors of the company, Dr. Chen Dabo was elected as a non-executive director of the third board of directors of the company, Mr. Yang Zhida, Dr. Tang Yong, and Ms. Cheng Li were elected as independent non-executive directors of the third board of directors of the company. The above appointments will take effect from May 21, 2026.
