Yuexiu Services (06626) announced that starting from May 20, 2026:
1. Mr. Wang Jianhui resigned as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. After his resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, Investment Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee respectively.
2. Mr. Zhang Chenghao resigned as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. After his resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Investment Committee.
3. Ms. Li Huiting has been appointed as Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee, Investment Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee respectively.
