CNE TECH CORP (00611) announced on May 20, 2026 (after trading hours) that the tenant (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has entered into an agreement with the landlord (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding) for the Hefei Dongcheng Baowan rooftop photovoltaic project. The landlord will lease the roofs of five integrated cold chain logistics warehouses of Anhui and An Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. located at the intersection of Jinyang Road and Longcheng Road in Feidong Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, to the tenant for the design, construction, installation, and operation of CECEP Solar Energy photovoltaic power generation system to expand the group's new energy business. The group believes that Chinese national policies are committed to developing new energy systems nationwide, including in the field of photovoltaic power generation.
