CISI FIN(06058): Wei Wei appointed as director

CISI FIN (06058) announced that Ms. Duli resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company after the annual general meeting of shareholders in order to devote more time to personal matters. After her resignation, Ms. Duli will no longer be a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee under the board. Mr. Weiwei, Mr. Ding Xianshu, and Ms. Fuyue Min have been appointed as executive directors and independent non-executive directors of the company respectively by ordinary resolutions at the annual general meeting of shareholders, effective immediately after the end of the annual general meeting.
