Cainiao (01316) announced that Mr. Robin Zane Milavec, currently Executive Director, President and Chief Technology Officer of the Board of Directors, has been appointed as the Global Chief Operating Officer. In addition to continuing to serve as Executive Director and President, he will no longer serve as the Chief Technology Officer of the company, effective May 16, 2026; his current position is Executive Director of the Board of Directors, President and Global Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Furthermore, the current Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Asia Pacific President Li Jun has been appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer, effective May 16, 2026. He will also continue in his current roles as Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Asia Pacific President.
