Greentown Management Holdings (09979) announced that Ernst & Young expects to retire as the auditor of the company upon the completion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2026. In accordance with the company's organizational regulations and following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has proposed to appoint KPMG as the company's auditor, effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, subject to approval by the shareholders at the meeting through an ordinary resolution.
