MANYCORE TECH(00068) announced that the stable pricing period for its global offering will end on May 14, 2026 (the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for public offering in Hong Kong). During the stable pricing period, the stabilizing agent J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited, or any person acting on their behalf or on behalf of their affiliates, took the following stabilizing actions: (1) a total of 24.0925 million shares were allocated in the international offering, representing approximately 15% of the total number of shares available for subscription in the global offering before the exercise of the oversubscription option; (2) the sponsor and lead coordinator (on behalf of itself and the international underwriters) fully exercised the oversubscription option at a price of HK$7.62 per share on April 20, 2026, involving a total of 24.0925 million shares to facilitate the return of shares borrowed under a stock borrowing agreement to Wintermatch International Limited to make up for the oversubscription in the international offering. The stabilizing agent did not engage in any purchase or sale of shares in the market during the stable pricing period.
