Greentown China (03900) announced that Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants will retire as the company's auditor, effective from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting on June 29, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors proposes to appoint KPMG Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor after Ernst & Young's retirement, but this appointment must be approved by the shareholders at the annual meeting.
