Big High Group (08220) announced that Ninth Capital Limited (a licensed corporation regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities) has been appointed as independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board committee on the said offer, particularly on the fairness and reasonableness of the offer and on the acceptance of the offer, and such appointment has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
