(stock code: SF Same-city, stock code: 09699.HK) signed a "Suzhou Xiaoyu Chengxi Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen SF Same-city Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Same-city").

(hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Intra-City").
Suzhou Xiaoyu Chengxi Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) mainly invests in non-listed companies in the fields of intelligent, low-carbon and new energy, logistics technology, and new opportunities related to local living. The target size of the fund is 700 million RMB. As of now, the fund has total committed capital of 436 million RMB, with Shenzhen Intra-City as a limited partner committing 213 million RMB.
