China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (01988) intends to acquire 10% of the shares of Shanghai Songjiang Minsheng Rural Commercial Bank for 4545 million yuan.
Bank of China (01988) announced that, in order to further increase its stake in Shanghai Songjiang Minsheng Rural Commercial Bank, the bank has signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement" with Genert Life to acquire 15 million shares of Shanghai Songjiang Minsheng Rural Commercial Bank, accounting for 10% of the shares, for a transaction amount of 45.45 million yuan. The funds for this transaction are from the bank's own capital.
