APAC RESOURCES (01104) appoints Deloitte as the new auditor.
Asia Pacific Resources (01104) announced that after the completion of the mid-term review of the Group's financial statements for the six months ending December 31, 2025 by P.C.L. CPA Limited (PCL), the Group invited professional accounting firms, including PCL, to submit proposals for the annual audit and mid-term review services for the new term to be provided to the Group for negotiation and evaluation. Subsequently, the Group's management recommended a change in auditors to align the audit arrangements with its controlling shareholders and to improve the efficiency of audit services. Due to the above reasons, PCL has resigned as the Group's auditors, effective from April 27, 2026.

Subsequently, the Group management suggested changing the auditor to align with its controlling shareholder and improve audit efficiency. Due to the above reasons, Deloitte has resigned as the Group's auditor, effective from April 27, 2026.
Upon recommendation by the Audit Committee, the Board has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited as the new auditor of the Company, effective from April 27, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy arising from Deloitte's resignation, with a term until the end of the Company's next annual general meeting.
